With Mothers being an established leader in the car care industry, this brand refresh focuses on creating a bold proprietary sense of ownership and confidence. This design system can live over multiple product lines, while allowing them to have their own autonomy at the same time. The overall goal is to inspire viewers and users to get out and enjoy the ride and the shine.

This visual language focuses on integrating typography into photography and graphics to merge story telling devices. The style becomes a part of the environment and the voice.

THE MOTHER

Within the Mothers brand, the Mother icon had been simply a part of the logo. Bringing her into the fold as a storytelling device allowed for textures and “proof” to merge into iconography. Layered visual languages can tell a story beyond just an image and headline.

The refresh branched into multiple digital platforms, including Mothers branded car care shows, to further extend the reach of the brand in the community.
